We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Medical Suites at Oak Creek. As a Unit Manager, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing and other Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
- Develop methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in facility surveys and assist in planning the nursing portion of the resident's discharge plan.
- Review nurse's notes to ensure they are informative and descriptive of the nursing care being provided.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are being administered as ordered.
- Must possess a RN Degree in good standing for Wisconsin.
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related healthcare facility is preferred.
