The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services is a key member of the interprofessional team, providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively to achieve therapeutic goals. This role involves systematically collecting and assessing patient data to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care, utilizing evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice.
Key Responsibilities- Perform/direct ACLS and independent rhythm interpretation and defibrillation
- Administration of advanced lifesaving medications and independent, templated visits for patient assessment
- Specialty patient education, sedation, telemetry monitoring & interpretation/management of rhythm changes, and assisting with complex procedures
- Advanced wound therapy, central line management, device interrogation and interpretation, and complex infusions
This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practice, with a focus on ambulatory services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality care are essential for success in this role.
