Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Life Skills Coach. This position involves working during evening and overnight shifts, with a requirement to be available for weekend duties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Life Skills Coach, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of those you support. Your primary duties will include:
  • Providing guidance, assistance, and oversight to individuals in various aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Facilitating recreational activities and community engagement, ensuring individuals have opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to implement and monitor therapeutic and behavioral strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Transporting individuals to appointments, work, and community events, fostering independence and integration.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the human services sector, ideally ranging from six months to one year.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to supporting others.
