Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting guests.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate company events, including scheduling, sending invitations, and arranging logistics.
  • Project Support: Assist the project management team with administrative tasks, including pulling permits, entering budgets, and creating purchase orders.
  • Documentation: Assist field electricians with documentation, resources, and information as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required.
