Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 196-unit residential apartment community in Capitol Heights, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall success of the community
  • Maintain property standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage tenant relations
  • Lease and market the property to attract new residents
  • Oversight of maintenance and inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Budgeting and financial reporting to ensure the property's financial health
  • Lead and train a team of office and leasing staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and decrease delinquency
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Yardi
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
