We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager to join our team at Fox Club Apartments, a 250+ unit apartment community in Hillside, MD.

The ideal candidate will have experience with carpentry, appliance repair, heat pumps, plumbing, apartment turn-over and punch-out, as well as strong customer service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the community grounds are clean, safe, and free of debris, trash, or weather-related issues.
  • Proactively fix and repair items as identified and reported by residents.
  • Participate in all maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work.
  • Troubleshoot appliances and other technical issues.
  • Perform daily inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation for daily use.
  • At least 18 months of experience in apartment maintenance.
  • EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification and heat pump experience preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, including taking calls for after-hour emergency maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using a computer.
