Global GTM Strategy Leader for SI & Advisory

Role Overview:

  • Formulate and implement innovative go-to-market strategies aimed at enhancing revenue through strategic alliances.
  • Direct the strategy for collaboration with Global and Regional System Integrators and Advisory Partners.
  • Engage with the Global Partner Organization to facilitate partner enablement and accelerate business expansion.
  • Establish and execute global program strategies to scale the SI/Advisory business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a comprehensive SI/Advisory strategy with robust governance structures.
  • Work closely with field sales teams to broaden partners' solution visibility and boost indirect sales.
  • Lead a team of partner managers and sales professionals to meet revenue objectives.
  • Ensure uniformity and scalability in go-to-market engagement across various regional sales divisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in global alliances and channel sales within the Enterprise Software or Cloud Services sectors.
  • Understanding of indirect partner sales channels, including SI, MSP, and CSP.
  • Proven success in cultivating alliance partner relationships through diverse business initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams across various functions and geographical locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating between strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated history of driving business transformation and contributing to organizational achievements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time may be necessary.
