About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, to ensure the proper functioning of resort facilities.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance programs on all systems, including HVAC, to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to company safety programs and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
