We are currently seeking a highly motivated and engaging professional to join our Coordination team as a key player in planning and executing successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize events in accordance with financial and time restraints, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage client requirements and expectations for each event, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with vendors, hotels, marketing, and delegate teams to ensure all logistical aspects are in order.
  • Oversee all event operations, from planning to execution, to guarantee a successful outcome.
  • Assess pre-event metrics to ensure they adhere to our standards, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements and Specifications:

  • Must be able to travel frequently, with a high volume of trips required for the role.
  • Detail-oriented and tenacious, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an autonomous setting, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.
  • Well-spoken and able to handle situations with high-level clients, demonstrating professionalism and poise.
  • Undergraduate degree is a minimum requirement, with a strong academic background and relevant experience.
  • Must be centrally located, with easy access to a major airport.
