  • Providing participants with insights into plan features, advantages, and investment choices, assisting them in interpreting their statements and understanding the implications of their investment decisions.
  • Identifying and resolving participant concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating intricate cases to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  • Assisting plan sponsors in the management of their retirement plans, which includes tasks such as contribution calculations, non-standard trading, participant financial activities, and other complex record-keeping duties.
  • Ensuring compliance of retirement plans with all regulatory mandates, including IRS regulations, ERISA guidelines, and plan documentation.
  • Responding to participant inquiries about contribution limits, eligibility criteria, and resources for retirement planning.
  • Supporting investment management tasks, such as fund transfers, rebalancing, and executing investment modifications.
  • Engaging with plan participants and other stakeholders to address questions, resolve issues, and provide necessary updates.
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels with the services rendered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of retirement plans, IRS regulations, and ERISA requirements.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of Quality Lean/Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Cultural awareness in a diverse and international setting.
