We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to collaborate with our Partnership sales leaders. The Gusto Partnership team develops and nurtures strategic partner relationships to enhance and extend our product offerings while driving mutually beneficial lead-generation programs. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market capabilities for our high-growth sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support of sales programs: Provide support to Sales leadership, including decision-making assistance, reporting, analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution.
  • Process design and improvement: Identify, draft, and implement process improvements that drive business objectives, such as higher conversion rates, sales efficiency, and better customer experience.
  • Sales productivity and enablement: Develop pipeline management best practices and metrics/analytics to enhance sales productivity.
  • Revenue analytics: Collaborate with RevOps team members, Finance, and Marketing to develop sales metrics, operational reporting, and forecasts.
  • Cross-functional partnerships: Partner effectively with Sales leadership, Finance & Business Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of strategy, ops, or analytical experience; ideally 3+ in sales or business operations.
  • Experience at a fast-paced technology company is preferred.
  • Strong business partnership skills and experience collaborating with sales leaders.
  • First principles thinker who analyzes and presents data effectively to drive insights and decision-making.
