About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy expert to join our team at Pinterest. In this role, you'll drive efficiency and effectiveness across our global sales organization through strategy, analytics, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize seller productivity, aiming for significant gains in win rates, satisfaction ratings, and overall performance.
  • Set targets and milestones for seller productivity objectives, monitor progress, and create action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Structure recurring feedback mechanisms to capture seller insights from multiple sources, including time studies and surveys.
  • Analyze data and findings to identify opportunities for growth and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Socialize feedback with leadership to ensure alignment on key focus areas and develop a comprehensive roadmap for seller productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities, develop project plans, and track progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy & operations, preferably in highly cross-functional environments.
  • Proven understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms, as well as working knowledge of sales systems and tools.
  • Passion for driving productivity improvements and building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and drive action from leadership-level audiences.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $137,000-$240,000 USD, based on location, experience, and other factors. Additionally, you'll be eligible for equity and benefits that support your career growth and work-life balance.
