About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer II to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Process Engineer II, you will be responsible for delivering technically and qualitatively high-level process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of project specifications, tender, and proposals requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of design parameters and methodologies.
  • Participate in the preparation of technically correct, safe, environmentally friendly, cost, and time-effective discipline engineering analysis and solutions for approval.
  • Provide support to all project activities, from engineering to start-up, as required.
  • Interface with other process engineering disciplines and design teams.
  • Assist in the development of a process knowledge database for studies, projects, and/or operations.
  • May participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Report own activities within studies, projects, and/or operations management.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures.
  • Up to 4 years of experience within process design/domain of specialty.
  • Organize own work to meet deadlines set by others.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process design.
  • First experience in process design/domain of specialty.
  • Theoretical knowledge of process design/domain of specialty methods and tools.
  • Fluency in professional English.
