Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Service Expert to join our team at Pro Mach. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch products and services for field service installations of Fogg equipment worldwide.
  • Plan, organize, and implement service projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay customer-focused, providing complete and total customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a service calendar to monitor service contracts and arrange service trips.
  • Travel and provide start-up assistance for new installations, as required.
  • Prepare documentation and work orders for parts to be fabricated by the factory.
  • Document parts used on service trips for inventory and billing purposes.
  • Debrief Service Manager/Director of Sales & Market after service trips, discussing information pertinent to general sales activities and new sales opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering to design specialty items necessary to complete an order.
  • Prepare estimates and documentation materials for classroom/formal training as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle mechanical multi-task problems encountered on service trips.
  • High School diploma and 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Skills in welding, parts fabrication, installation of machinery, and conveyor work.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical components.
  • Travel required a minimum of 15% of the work year.
  • Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and be in good physical condition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CAD and PC/computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
