Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (required).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • A passion for sustainability and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
  • An understanding of Property Management or Property Ownership is a strong added value for potential Sales Representatives but is not a requirement.
