Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $87,500, with additional perks including competitive pay and a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes excellent compensation, generous paid time off, and ongoing education and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and provide hospice care in accordance with patients' plans of care.
  2. Register Nurse means an individual registered and licensed to practice nursing in Arizona.
  3. Coordinates hospice care by working with other team members and with patients/family members to ensure needs are met.
Qualifications
  • A graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensed in the State of Arizona as a Registered Nurse.
  • One year of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
