We are seeking a qualified professional Parts Counter Sales Person to join our team. As a Parts Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and accessories to our technicians and retail customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to all customers and vendors.
  • Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
  • Offer timely pricing and availability for parts inquiries.
  • Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
  • Gain superior product knowledge through available factory training to effectively assist customers, advisors, and technicians.
  • Assist with daily inventory management.
  • Help maintain perpetual inventories.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.

Qualifications:

  • Previous parts advisor experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with common Automotive DMS systems.
  • Understanding of basic automotive components and systems.
  • Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
  • A team player focused on delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Able to lift 40lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • At least 18 years of age.
