Position Overview:
As a Print Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that enhances customer experiences while contributing to a vibrant, team-focused retail atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team to achieve essential performance metrics by providing comprehensive print solutions tailored to meet customer needs in Print and Marketing.

Customer Engagement:

Team Leadership:
Coach team members in delivering exceptional service, consultative selling, and holistic solutions. Be adaptable to perform various duties as needed.

Operational Excellence:
Lead and nurture a team committed to operational excellence, driving profitable sales and margin growth.

Customer Consultation:
Consult with customers, employing open-ended questions to present suitable options and deliver a comprehensive print solution that enhances sales and transaction value.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
  • Experience in team leadership or supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to open, save, and send electronic files, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Word or similar applications.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
  • Experience in overcoming objections and engaging customers to understand their needs.
  • Physical capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and maintain a continuous standing and walking posture.
