We are a rapidly expanding healthcare technology company seeking a skilled Senior Practice Consultant to build long-term relationships with our healthcare clients.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Senior Practice Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, driving business results, and developing client growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector, including clinics and private practices, and initiate contact through various outreach methods.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients through presentations, virtual meetings, and proposals.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and update the CRM system with all sales activities and client interactions.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or enhance existing solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking opportunities for growth, strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with healthcare professionals, proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure client renewals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Benefits:
