As a Customer Reservations Coordinator at Drivergent Transportation, you will collaborate with our management team to address our clients' transportation requirements, contributing to our growth strategy and striving to exceed customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in making reservations, including providing quotes and booking transportation services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely responses to quotes and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Process reservations and implement any necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure accurate and efficient resource allocation.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and understanding.
  • Support post-trip activities, including customer follow-up and invoicing.
Required Education & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in reservation management is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college education is a plus.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Chrome, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Earth.
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, navigate ambiguity, and seek guidance when needed.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $18 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-Time position.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with potential overtime as required.
  • Weekend support may be necessary.
