Job Title: Horticulture Sales Leader

At Overland Park Garden Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Horticulture Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in horticulture sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
