Este rol es fundamental para garantizar la precisión en los informes financieros y la gestión efectiva de nuestros proyectos de construcción. El candidato ideal tendrá un profundo conocimiento de los métodos contables de porcentaje de finalización (POC) y habilidades analíticas sólidas.

Responsabilidades


• Supervisar los aspectos financieros de los proyectos de construcción, asegurando informes financieros precisos y oportunos utilizando el método contable de porcentaje de finalización.


• Preparar y analizar estados financieros, incluidos estados de resultados, balances y estados de flujo de efectivo.


• Colaborar con los gerentes de proyecto para prever costos, ingresos y cronogramas de finalización de los proyectos.


• Mantener registros detallados de costos de proyectos, asegurando que todos los costos se capturen y asignen con precisión.


• Monitorear los presupuestos de los proyectos y proporcionar análisis de variaciones, identificando áreas de preocupación y recomendando acciones correctivas.


• Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas contables, regulaciones y políticas de la empresa.


• Asistir en la preparación de informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, así como presentaciones para la alta dirección.


• Realizar análisis financieros para apoyar la toma de decisiones y la planificación estratégica.


• Coordinar con auditores externos y proporcionar la documentación y explicaciones necesarias durante las auditorías.


• Implementar y mantener controles internos para salvaguardar los activos de la empresa y garantizar la integridad de los registros financieros.

Requisitos


• Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo relacionado; la certificación CPA es altamente preferida.


• Experiencia comprobada en contabilidad de construcción, con un fuerte enfoque en los métodos contables de porcentaje de finalización.


• Conocimiento profundo de los principios contables, normas y regulaciones relacionadas con la industria de la construcción.


• Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.


• Fuerte dominio de software contable (por ejemplo, Sage, QuickBooks, Oracle) y habilidades avanzadas en Excel.


• Habilidades efectivas de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de trabajar en colaboración con gerentes de proyecto y otros interesados.


• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de manejar múltiples proyectos y plazos.


• Habilidades demostradas para resolver problemas y un enfoque proactivo para identificar y abordar problemas.


• Experiencia en procesos de pronóstico financiero y presupuestación.


• Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
