About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a high level of inventory control
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Remain knowledgeable about products offered, discussing available options with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer service, contributing to the growth and success of the team
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
