Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales Professional to join our team, specializing in the sales of metal and paper products within the energy industry.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding our customer base, and understanding customer needs to provide suitable solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in cold calling, creating and delivering pitch decks, negotiating pricing and contractual agreements, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Engage in cold calling to develop & establish new business.
  • Create and deliver pitch decks to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the metal/paper sector within the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B and D2C sales, cold calling, and setting meetings in various states in the Southern sectors (AL, AR, LA, MS, TN, GA, NC, SC, FL).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including blast furnace, LD converter, rollers, rolling mills, and steel shop operations.
