Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in optimizing customer engagement and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify their product needs and encourage additional purchases.
  • Conduct outbound communications with both existing and prospective customers to understand their marketing requirements.
  • Process incoming orders accurately on a daily basis.
  • Manage export documentation and oversee the international order process.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop product knowledge to make informed recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers regarding account inquiries, concerns, and order placements.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on factual knowledge and experience.
  • Take initiative in escalating issues promptly to address customer needs effectively.
  • Assist customers with various issues, including credits, refunds, promotions, and account management.
  • Deliver personalized customer service while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Investigate customer inquiries or order discrepancies and complete necessary documentation.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a comprehensive understanding of MindWare products and order processing.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of successful experience in telephone sales is desirable.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating a CRT system, PC, and various software applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Proactive in seeking new account opportunities.
  • Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
