Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Select and prepare orders for shipping to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Load and Unload Delivery Trucks: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, utilizing manual and mechanical equipment as needed.
  • Ship and Receive Orders: Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately process and track orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and discrepancies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including forklifts and other machinery.
  • Warehouse Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Grimco's Warehouse Safety Checklist, identifying and reporting any hazards or concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, and email navigation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
