Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at Standard TV and Appliance. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inventory, including checking in and stocking product from customer returns and vendor delivery trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and cleaning the warehouse floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including interacting with customers, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment, including scissor lifts, sweepers, and pallet jacks.
  • Lift, push, and pull heavy appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other large items.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work positively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour per week flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to pass a forklift certification training.
