Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Counselor in Mental Health Services to join our team at Live Life Full, LLC. As a Counselor, you will provide direct mental health services to individuals with various mental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily direct service, including crisis interventions and weekly contact with clients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with community liaisons and partners.
  • Promote the program through referrals and maintain census and growth.
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and maintain accurate caseloads.
  • Submit Incident Reports and Restraint Forms to the Executive Director within 24 hours.
  • Complete documentation using sound clinical practices and abide by agency standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Human Services or 1-year experience providing direct services to adults with mental challenges.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, valid driving license, and insurable vehicle.
  • Successful background check and ability to navigate web-based systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and techniques serving mental health populations.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Live Life Full, LLC offers opportunities for advancement and a supportive work environment.
