Overview:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a supervisory role within our team at the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. This position will involve providing general supervision of PRN Behavioral Health Technician staff and unit supervision in the absence of the Program Manager and/or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and well-being of clients
  • Effective coordination of program activities
  • Emergency response and crisis management
  • Unit supply management and staff supervision
  • Client support and advocacy

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Valid driver's license in Virginia
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
