Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, venipuncture, observation and assessment, medication compliance and teaching, hospice assessments, and other skilled care.
- Create patient-centered goals with patients, family members, and providers.
- Assess, supervise, and direct patient care.
- Develop plans of treatment.
- Ensure chart compliance with state regulations.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and other providers.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Utah.
- Current Utah driver's license and automobile insurance.
- CPR certification.
- A minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
- Hospice and home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year.
