At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, we are seeking a skilled Per Diem PET/CT Technologist to join our Radiology team at the Breast & Imaging Center in Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Role OverviewAs a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and diagnostic CT procedures with minimal supervision on adult and pediatric patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or Radiologist.
Key Qualifications- Diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT.
- AART(N) or CNMT Certification.
- CT Certification required.
- NYS License required.
- Dual License (RT) in PET and CT required. Must have a radiography XR license or eligible.
- Graduate of approved radiography program.
- 3+ years experience preferred. Will consider outstanding recent graduates.
- Academic Hospital Setting Experience Preferred.
- GE PET/CT a plus.
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented
Location: The Breast & Imaging Center, 300 E. 66th Street @ 2nd Ave., Upper East Side
Schedule: Variable shifts 8am-8pm Monday Sunday (as needed); potential shifts during the week and holidays, as needed.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology
Pay Range: $60.00-$74.00/hr.
