- Provide Customer Service to Complex / Moderately complex customer issues that have been escalated
- Ability to address issues in Planning and Development Permitting System, while working with various stakeholders to address complex issues
- Provide online guidance for setting up accounts, uploading revised plans and/or online payments within Planning and Development Permitting System
- Provide support in researching/retrieving permits and public records search
- Assist in coordinating of cross functional meetings for issue resolution and compiling / organizing information for process improves
- Provide administrative support to Management Analyst as requested
- Typically office or administrative work, but may be subjected to extreme temperatures, wetness/humidity, respiratory hazards, noise and vibration when in the field
- Ability to lift 20-25 lbs. occasionally, 10-25 lbs. frequently, or up to 10 lbs. constantly
- Only the most qualified candidates will be considered
