Job Contributions
  • Provide Customer Service to Complex / Moderately complex customer issues that have been escalated
  • Ability to address issues in Planning and Development Permitting System, while working with various stakeholders to address complex issues
  • Provide online guidance for setting up accounts, uploading revised plans and/or online payments within Planning and Development Permitting System
  • Provide support in researching/retrieving permits and public records search
  • Assist in coordinating of cross functional meetings for issue resolution and compiling / organizing information for process improves
  • Provide administrative support to Management Analyst as requested
Working Conditions
  • Typically office or administrative work, but may be subjected to extreme temperatures, wetness/humidity, respiratory hazards, noise and vibration when in the field
  • Ability to lift 20-25 lbs. occasionally, 10-25 lbs. frequently, or up to 10 lbs. constantly
