Product Manager, End User Support

The Product Manager, End User Support & Security Services is a key role within Ensono, responsible for supporting the strategic vision and service ownership of a portfolio of security and end user services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop integrated product roadmaps, including interdependencies across functions, for each product.
- Stay abreast of technology and service offerings in the market, assessing market potential, viability, development, enhancement, or retirement of Ensono's products.
- Develop new and/or enhance existing services to meet evolving client needs or capitalize on new market offerings or vendor partnerships.
- Lead the effort to design and build new services that meet highly regulated client business requirements and ensure they remain secure and compliant.
- Prepare and solicit business approval through Ensono's productization process, including market viability, execution plan, and preparedness for launch and after.
- Develop and update product definitions and designs in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other Product leaders.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of End User Experience.
- 3+ years of Cyber security and compliance experience.
- Experience putting together managed services portfolios.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with an ability to wear many hats and shift focus/priorities throughout the day.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn quickly, multi-task, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to regularly transform and improve yourself.
