**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our medical practice in Minnesota. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, facilitating communication between patients, family members, and medical staff, and ensuring seamless operations within the office.

Job Description:- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain necessary information and insurance details
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms, as well as copies of our office policies and required documents
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments based on physician availability and maintain accurate patient records
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments and schedule testing for off-site services
- High School degree or equivalent
- Prior administrative or front desk experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment
