Clinical Support Specialist

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at our Peabody location. This per diem position will require the ideal candidate to have availability Monday through Friday and will involve a range of responsibilities including patient encounter management and administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage patient schedules, and ensure that all necessary authorizations are obtained. They will also be responsible for reconciling payments and preparing deposits, as well as providing routine clerical support as needed.
Key qualifications for this role include a high school level of education, prior customer service or administrative experience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituencies. The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
