Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for ITW employees, including synchronous and asynchronous formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify knowledge and performance gaps, and develop training solutions to address these gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide technical assistance in the development and delivery of training programs, and work with the ITW Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as instructional design, education, or communications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Formal training or certification in instructional design, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience with multi-media production and other technology-based training methods.
