Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Navy Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and prospective members, ensuring they receive the full range of products and services offered by our credit union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members and prospective members, answering questions and addressing concerns related to our products and services.
  • Offer financial solutions and recommendations to members, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Process transactions, manage accounts, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to member inquiries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
