About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with our Woodforest Experience training.
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. Lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs may be required.
