Exciting Career Opportunity: Case Management Role for Veteran Support

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to contribute to our vital Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program. This program, supported by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, is designed to deliver Intensive Case Management, Temporary Financial Assistance, and referrals for Legal Services to qualifying households.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential support and crisis intervention to families and individuals in need.
  • Conduct comprehensive client intakes and create tailored service plans.
  • Facilitate connections to community resources and assist with housing solutions.
  • Provide life skills training and perform home visits and inspections.
  • Maintain precise client documentation and engage in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Verify tenancy and offer transportation assistance as necessary.

Position Highlights: This full-time role features a 5-day work week with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.50 to $23.50, depending on qualifications. Employees will have access to a variety of benefits after completing the probationary period.

Qualifications:
