Clinical Triage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Triage Clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Intervention team in Norwood. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention services to individuals in need.
Job Summary:The Triage Clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess and triage cases, determining the most appropriate location for intervention. This may involve working in a supportive small team atmosphere or as part of a larger organization that is a leader in the mental health care industry.
Responsibilities:- Assess and triage cases to determine the most appropriate location for intervention
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with other clinicians to provide support and guidance
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Two years' experience in mental health or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
