About Futurex: The Technical Account Manager role at Futurex involves working closely with the Technical Support Engineering team to serve our global customer base. This position is set in a dynamic environment that offers numerous opportunities for professional advancement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing technical assistance and advice to key customer accounts
- Foster strong relationships with Tier-1 clients to guarantee continuous support and satisfaction
- Support the development of customer IT infrastructures and oversee project initiatives
- Track project advancements, evaluate service metrics, and facilitate technical discussions
- Conduct training sessions on the Futurex product suite and data security best practices
- Remain informed about industry-specific APIs and protocols for system integration
- Keep both internal and external stakeholders updated on account developments
- Collaborate with technical support, sales, and product teams to strengthen overall account engagement
Qualifications:
- A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise data encryption technologies, including HSMs and key management solutions
- Familiarity with various architectures and platforms
- Proficiency in Linux, OpenSSL, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash)
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking
