Position Overview:
In this role, you will handle incoming calls and digital inquiries, providing assistance to members regarding their questions and needs. You will identify the products and services that could benefit the caller and offer direct support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Recognize and promote products/services that could enhance member experiences and encourage relationship upgrades.
- Perform various teller functions, including account management and transaction processing.
- Facilitate online banking and bill pay services, assisting members with enrollment and understanding e-statements.
- Respond to incoming calls, assess caller needs, verify identities, and provide direct assistance or connect them with appropriate resources.
- Manage loan payoff information and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
- Support other departments and branches as needed, ensuring member requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the financial industry.

Qualifications:
A minimum of six months of experience in a financial institution or customer service environment is required.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
Compensation: $19-23 per hour.
