Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team at Denali Staffing Group. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resource Department. This includes tasks such as recruiting and hiring activities, maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, answering questions from applicants and employees, and assisting with special events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging role, please consider applying for this position.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits. The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.

You will be required to maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive candidate/employee information. Other duties may include working on special projects as requested by management.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. It is also preferred that you have an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and proven administrative and/or HR experience in a professional office setting.

Work Environment:
