Job Summary

CommQuest Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and security of our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day assistance with and supervision of clients in our residential programs
  • Work in partnership with the Site Coordinator and/or Lead Residential Care Specialist, clinical staff, and other residential staff to ensure a smooth and supportive environment
  • Plan and assist with recreational and educational activities to promote client engagement and well-being
  • Redirect clients as necessary to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of CommQuest Services Inc
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record
  • Ability to proactively meet new people and create connections
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check
  • Individuals in recovery must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients
