Position: Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site evaluations and foster client loyalty.
  • Support new branch openings.
  • Ensure adherence to local and national account standards; review compliance reports.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance service standards and minimize waste.
  • Create a sales strategy at the account level with local management; monitor performance and boost profitability.
  • Enhance customer retention and experience at the point of sale.
  • Identify pricing opportunities and promote repeat business; introduce new products to drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Evaluate performance through audit reports.
  • Perform Route Driver duties as necessary, including product delivery and service maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or at least 1 year in a related role.
  • Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment.
  • Experience in food and beverage services.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
