Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

At Tyson Foods, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in Pine Bluff. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of 15 maintenance technicians
  • Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic problems
  • Promote a 'Safety First' culture amongst staff
  • Measure and reduce machine downtime
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or college program certificate in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports
  • Experience in directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians
  • Basic PLC experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
