Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Edmonds, WA community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote resident well-being.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medication administration records and care plans.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
