Sr. Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive, Healthcare

Location: Conshohocken, PA (remote with occasional in-office visits)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing Healthcare Practice. This individual will manage a multimillion-dollar book of business consisting of clients focused within the healthcare industry, including Assisted Living, Hospitals, Doctors Offices, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all major lines of commercial insurance, including General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Captives, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand relationships with clients by addressing their needs, including underwriting or policy issues.
  • Support clients with a focus within the Healthcare industry/vertical.
  • Manage daily account management, including policy processing, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, review of policy forms, coverage comparisons, loss analysis, and responding to coverage questions.
  • Deliver services to clients, leading multiple teams in planning, execution, and successful management of services.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, including marketing of renewal business.
  • Service and monitor accounts, disseminating account activity.
  • Build and solidify relationships with carriers through interaction on assigned accounts.
  • Manage the renewal process, reviewing loss information, aiding in obtaining updated information, handling renewal applications, remarketing, account rounding, reviewing and negotiating renewal pricing, preparing renewal proposals, and binders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the current book of business by asking for referrals.
  • Market renewals and new business, collaborating with the marketing department.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.
  • Document conversations and information provided to and for clients.
  • Communicate and share information with fellow associates regarding coverage issues, market availability, and market conditions.
  • Utilize system capabilities (EPIC) to maintain complete and accurate data and documents.


Requirements:

  • Must have a PA Property & Casualty license.
  • Ability to visit the office 1x a week.
  • Travel to clients in the Tri-State area when needed.
