- Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws.
- Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
- Operational Excellence:
- Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
- Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
