    • Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, prices, and buffet offerings.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintain a clean and organized vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws.
    • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
