Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by zoning the floor, arranging merchandise, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide guidance and support to members on our self-service technology.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a variety of environments, including a fast-paced retail setting.
